Uncontested Dissolution - This means that the two (2) of you agree on everything.
If you and your Spouse agree on all issues of the divorce (Uncontested), these issues usually includes, but not not limited to the following:

House (Who gets it and how much is it worth).
Car (Who takes which one and how much are the worth).
Retirement Accounts / Benefits (Who gets this and how much do you get).
Credit Card Debts
Any other Debts
Child Custody and Visitation:
Legal Custody (Who will make legal, medical, and important decisions for the children).
Physical Custody (Who will the children live primarily with).
Visitation (How much time the children will spend with each parent).
Date of Separation:
What is the date that both of you agree that you will no longer be married and will never reconcile - Get back together).
Which Court House should you case be filed at.
If you and your spouse agree on all of the above issues (Property Division, Child Custody and Visitation, Child Support, Spousal Support, Date of Separation, and Jurisdiction). We will also prepare and file every single document necessary from start to finish to get you divorced, and make one Court appearance to get your divorce judgment entered.

Default Dissolution - This means that one person does not answer or respond to the Summons and Petition.
If you filed the Summons and Petition and served your Spouse with the divorce documents, but your Spouse refuses to respond to the divorce or move forward with the divorce we can help. We will prepare and file every single document necessary to finish your divorce, and make one Court appearance to get your default divorce judgment entered.
